Cub Chai Microbrew Concentrate
After many years of development and effort, David Rio launched its liquid chai concentrate, Cub Chai Microbrew, in October 2013. This boisterous progeny of our beloved Tiger Spice Chai®
claimed its territory in California, where it was born and brewed. Combining a balance of quality black tea and complex notes of spices, this new microbrew chai concentrate brings bold and fiery flavors of fresh pressed ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, and black pepper. Cub Chai Microbrew Concentrate is currently available in a foodservice application, for café use. The product officially launched at the Fancy Food Show in 2014, and made a splash among our domestic customers. Cub Chai Microbrew is available in our recyclable 64 fl oz foodservice bottle and can be prepared at cafés by adding 1 part milk (or milk substitute) to 1 part chai concentrate.
