The traditional Masala Chai is a blend of fine organic black Assam tea and our signature mix of spices. This rich, bold tea has a magnificent flavor and aroma. Best with milk and sugar.

Brewing Suggestions:
Steep 2 tsps of Chai Cart Masala Chai with Black Tea. Optional: Add milk and sugar to taste.

Make Masala chai the traditional Indian way:
Heat 8 oz water in a pot. Add 2 tsps of Chai Cart Masala Chai with Black Tea. As the water comes to a boil, steep for 2 min. Add 3 oz milk (your choice of milk or milk substitute) and bring to a boil again. Turn off heat, cover for a min (optional, makes chai extra strong) and strain the chai into a cup.
